Introducing a new product that I am very proud of, Herbs & Salt Whipped Salt Scrub.
This scrub has a different recipe from my Tea Tree Whipped Salt Scrub. I believe the other recipe was perfect for the function of the tea tree scrub because it allowed the charcoal and other ingredients the time to work their magic on the skin, but I wanted to make a scrub that did not need washing after use.
The full ingredient listing: sea salt, olive oil, fair-trade shea butter, coconut oil, apricot kernel oil, rice bran oil, rosemary essential oil, lavender essential oil, peppermint essential oil, lavender buds, peppermint leaves, rosemary leaves, Dead Sea salt. Mmmmm mm mm.
This scrub is firm but not as thick as the tea tree scrub. It melts and glides on contact with the skin but keeps consistency in a hot shower. The smell is herbaceous and uplifting. I love the smell of rosemary. Oh, so much. :)
This scrub and the Tea Tree Whipped Salt Scrub can now both be found on my Etsy store. More pictures of each can be found there as well. I'm feeling a kit including a matching soap for each of these scrubs sometime soon. ;)
Oh my god this looks delish!!! I love salt scrubs and un-emulsified ones!! Also LOVE your containers! xoxo jen
